GS400 급수 시스템 개요: GS400 급수 시스템은 다음으로 구성됩니다. 1대의 펌프 소방차, 1대의 호스 전개 소방차 and 1대의 장비 차량.
취수 및 급수 기능
1) 급수, 소방, 홍수 배수 구조 기능을 제공합니다.
2) 수직 취수 시, 펌프는 정격 유량 ≥ 400L/S에서 수원 ≥ 30m에서 물을 취수할 수 있습니다.
3) 수평 이중 펌프 작동 시, 펌프는 정격 유량 ≥ 400L/S, 말단 압력 ≥ 0.5MPa에서 화재 현장까지 ≥ 1500m로 급수할 수 있습니다.
4) 수평 단일 펌프 작동 시, 펌프는 정격 유량 ≥ 250L/S, 말단 압력 ≥ 0.2MPa에서 화재 현장까지 ≥ 3000m로 급수할 수 있습니다.
5) 7일 이상 연속 급수를 제공할 수 있습니다.
GPS 모니터링 기능
GPS/GPRS의 실시간 데이터 교환을 통해 급수 시스템의 연동 제어 및 실시간 모니터링을 구현할 수 있습니다. 전체 시스템의 작동 상태를 언제든지 확인할 수 있으며, 취수 모듈과 가압 모듈의 제어 및 연동을 구현할 수 있습니다. 취수 모듈이 예상치 못한 상황으로 인해 물을 취수할 수 없거나 고장이 발생한 경우, 가압 모듈이 적시에 경보를 울리고 엔진을 정지시킬 수 있습니다.
지휘 센터 또는 권한 있는 담당자는 고정 단말기와 모바일 단말기(휴대폰 또는 태블릿 PC)를 통해 각 차량의 위치, 작동 상태 및 고장 정보를 언제 어디서나 모니터링할 수 있습니다.
펌프 소방차의 특징
1)水泵、增压泵发动机选用知名合资品牌，功率大。.
2)液压油泵、电机、控制阀、液压软管等关键部件选用进口品牌，确保液压系统可靠。
3)发动机和液压系统长时间采用双重强制冷却，整个动力系统的水温始终处于正常范围。;
4)配备履带式吸水模块，可远程控制至水边，利用随车举升臂可轻松将浮艇泵放入水中。.
5)在桥梁、码头取水时，中臂长臂伸展（超过17米）可轻松将浮艇泵放入水中。
6)浮艇泵重量小于110公斤，配备轮子和防护架，实施方便可靠，并配有4个手柄，便于搬运。
软管铺设车特点
1)配备自动收卷机，同时具备卷绕、清洗和整理水管功能，大大降低操作人员工作强度。
2)可实现低速行驶，在2~3公里/小时的低速下完成收管，避免发动机、离合器因长时间低速行驶而损坏。.
3)软管箱表面采用硫化橡胶减震保护板，确保软管接口不变形，在回收过程中不破裂。
