2. Q: What's your Payment method?

    A: T/T 30% deposit, balance will be paid by T/T before delivery.

    B: 100% L/C before start production.

3. Q: What logistics ways we can work for shipment?

    A:We can ship fire trucks by various transportation tools.

    B:We will go by sea to all main continents such as South America, Middle East, Africa, Oceania and Europe etc.

    C:Also we can ship trucks by road or railway to the neighborhood countries of China such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan etc.

4. Q: What's the delivery time?

    A: 20 days delivery upon receipt of advance deposit if we have ready in stock for normal standard model.

    B: ISUZU & Chinese brand chassis 3 months upon receipt of advance deposit.

    C: European brand chassis 9 months upon receipt of advance deposit.

5, Q: Can you provide the ISO9001 certificate or some others related?

    A: Yes. We have been exporting fire trucks for years. Rich experience for exporting to different countries like African market, Russia and South America. This helps us to know the importance of handling with various certificates.

6. Q: How about warranty item?

    A: We could support you original spare parts. And also email or telephone assist in the following days. If necessary, our outwork engineer could go for technical assist.
