2.1 Brief introduction
JP32-32 Dual foam tower fire truck is the most advanced world class fire-fighting truck adopting PLC automatic computerized control technology is very effective and safe for rescue and fire-fighting application particularly for high rise buildings in the city ,oil industries, chemical, oil tank and some storage.
The superstructure contains the mechanism of continuous slewing turntable, Telescopic booms, fly folding jib, infinite rotary turntable, All mechanisms adopt electro-pneumatic controlled hydraulic drive mode. The advanced computerized automatic control system is able to reduce the speed and to stop the aerials at any outreach limits at any working height quickly, effectively, smoothly and accurately, and able to maximize the stability and reach area. remote-controlled large flow water-foam monitor, can remotely control the monitor to discharge water/foam in the mode of straight stream and dispersed stream.
2.2 STABILISING / JACKING SYSTEM
2.2.1 The Jacks shall be H-type construction, and is made of high strength alloy steel, each outrigger shall have two separate hydraulic cylinders, the first of which pushes the horizontal outrigger beam out and the second shall push the vertical Jack down.
2.2.2 The Jacking system shall consist of hydraulically operated four outriggers mounted in their housings in the main frame. The outrigger piston rods shall be completely protected by closed protection profile. All jacks and horizontal beams be painted for better corrosion protection.
