25 m Water Tower Fire Truck with 6061 T6 Aluminum Body
This water tower fire truck is configured for a 25 m maximum working height. Its equipment body is built from 6061 T6 aluminium alloy sections. The aluminum superstructure keeps the center of gravity low, which matters when the boom is raised and the outriggers take load on one side. It is aimed at urban and industrial crews working short reaches above roofline.
The hydraulic system runs at 40 MPa maximum pressure and 35 MPa working pressure. An SCP-047L-N hydraulic oil pump provides 47 ml/r geometric displacement and 1900 r/min maximum speed of revolution. The outrigger control valve is rated 45 L/min at 35 MPa. That combination gives the boom steady and proportional movement even at low engine speed.
Body panels are 2.5 mm aluminum sheet over a 2.5 mm aluminum alloy base plate and roof. The structure is welded and closed by roller shutter curtain doors. A movable aluminum profile ladder with handrail serves the roof. The tread plates are 500 mm wide with gas spring and roller shutter fastening, each rated to carry 150 kg or more.
Storage is arranged around the pump room and equipment compartment, with roller shutter doors giving full width access at the rear. Lighting includes a cylindrical red revolving alarm lamp on the roof and stroboscope lamps on both sides. The wireless remote controller has an effective working radius of 100 m. That lets the operator work away from the panel during setup.
