IVECO ML 100E22 Foam Fire Truck with 2200 L Water
The IVECO ML 100E22 is a small foam fire truck designed to knock down initial fires in communities, car parks and narrow streets before a larger appliance arrives. It carries 2200 L of water and 500 L of foam, seats five and weighs 7800 kg gross. The compact body and the short wheelbase let it work from positions a standard tanker cannot take.
A 160 kW engine making 217 hp at 2700 rpm produces 680 N.m between 1200 and 2100 rpm, with 5.88 L displacement under China V. The 4×2 chassis has a 2790 mm wheelbase and a 5.2 m turning radius, and top speed is 110 km/h. Ground clearance is 169 mm at the front and 172 mm at the rear.
The AP32 pump delivers 32 L/s at 1.0 MPa with a maximum suction depth of 7 m. A 115 L plastic fuel tank is paired with a 25 L heated urea tank and a heated oil water separator. The body measures 5270x2200x2980 mm, with suction inlets on DN100 and DN125 valves and two DN80 outlets with manual ball valves.
