I. Bodywork

1,Equipment compartment

The main skeleton of the equipment box is high strength adjustable aluminium alloy profile. The bottom plate adopts 4 mm thick imported smooth aluminium plate, which is firm and reliable and can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the size of the equipment. There are 4 storage boxes, 2 on each side. The light alloy rolling shutter door is closed (with pull belt). The space inside the box is reasonably arranged. The rolling shutter door is opened and closed with automatic switching lights. The lower and rear parts of the equipment box are equipped with pedals, which are about 420 cm away from the ground and have a bearing capacity of more than 150 kg. The main skeleton and connecting parts are made of high strength profiled steel, and the panel is made of 3 mm pattern aluminium alloy. When turning over, it should comply with GB11567 and have locking function.

2,Material

Low-alloy carbon steel framework, aluminum alloy overlapping equipment framework, aluminum alloy mask bonding process, the framework for special porous steel plate welding, mask for all aluminum alloy plate. The equipment box adopts aluminium alloy insert board, aluminium pattern board, aluminium plastic board, aluminium triangle support stainless steel bolt, etc. to ensure its stiffness and strength.

3,Car door

The side-turn door (horizontal bar handle, bottom lock) is adopted, and the lighting induction switch when the box door is opened and the lighting alarm device when the box door is opened are designed.

4,Pedal

There are pedals on both sides of the body. The off-ground strength is about 420 cm, and the load-bearing capacity is more than 150 kg. The main frame and connecting parts are made of high strength aluminum alloy profiles, and the panel is made of 3 mm pattern aluminum alloy plates.

5,Mask

High quality flat aluminium sheet and high strength bonding of outer layer are adopted. Aluminum is smooth, smooth and beautiful. The structure of the equipment box is reasonable. The equipment is centralized and classified by push-pull type, trawl type and plastic box. The equipment is fixed, reliable and convenient to use.
